About us
We are a metalworking shop based in Sakai City with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing parts for industrial machinery and molds.
We meet a wide range of product size requirements, performing precision machining on everything from large components measuring up to 3 meters to delicate products smaller than the palm of your hand.
Our technology—including gantry-type machining centers, horizontal boring machines, and other equipment capable of machining to an accuracy of one-thousandth of a millimeter—has enabled us to consistently meet our customers’ needs.
We also utilize 3D measuring instruments for quality control and make full use of the latest CAD/CAM systems and 3D printers. In terms of equipment, we are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including a Toshiba NC horizontal boring machine, an Okuma MC gantry machine, an Okamoto Machine Tool surface grinder, and a Mitsubishi wire-cut EDM machine. Our logistics infrastructure is also well-developed, including overhead cranes.
