We are strengthening our quality assurance.

Our second plant, dedicated exclusively to quality assurance, began operations in March 2022. Equipped with state-of-the-art measuring equipment, it maintains 24-hour temperature control. Using 3D measuring machines capable of scanning measurements, we ensure quality down to the micrometer level.

[Thorough Delivery Schedule Management]

We manage production progress using our in-house production management system.

We can share real-time information on the current status of processing. Furthermore, since we manage the processing history of all products through this system, we can immediately respond to requests such as, “I want a product with the same dimensions as the last one!”
