Thorough investment in equipment and responsiveness

We spare no expense in investing in high-performance equipment to meet our customers' advanced requirements and short delivery times. We have built a solid system to consistently deliver high-quality products, from large-scale machining to precision measurement.

1. ability to handle large and difficult workpieces

The core of our company is a group of large machining centers. With equipment such as Okuma's MCV-AII, we can handle large parts up to 2000 mm × 4000 mm and large molds. This allows customers to consistently request large workpieces without having to split them up, shortening delivery times and reducing manufacturing costs. We also have a grinding machine (650 mm × 1600 mm) to complete precision finishing after machining in-house.

2. quality assurance and precision inspection system

Our mission is to guarantee the final quality of our parts, no matter how complex they are. To this end, we have introduced Mitutoyo's high-precision CMM (CRYSTA-ApexV) to conduct strict dimensional and shape inspections after machining. Furthermore, we are equipped with two large 1500 mm × 1800 mm finishing stone surface plates to ensure final high-precision finishing and inspection of large products.

3. efficiency and flexibility from design to production

To improve production efficiency and quickly respond to design changes, we utilize three CAD/CAM systems (FACT feature cam). This enables us to generate optimal machining programs directly from the customer's design data and quickly transfer them to production. We also have semi-automatic welding machines and arc welding machines, which enable us to handle complex fabrication including welding, thereby expanding the range of our fabrication capabilities.

4. safe and quick transportation capability

In order to handle large products safely and smoothly, we are equipped with 2.8-ton and 2-ton traveling cranes (three cranes in total), which work together with 2.5-ton forklifts and 3-ton trucks to ensure safe and reliable operations from product movement within the plant to shipment.
