Cost Optimization Through Hybrid Press and Sheet Metal Capabilities Our greatest strength lies in owning hydraulic presses ranging from 15 tons to 80 tons, complementing our standard sheet metal processing equipment. Prototyping & Small-Lot Phase: We leverage laser cutting and punching to minimize initial investment with die-free sheet metal processing, enabling rapid product realization.

Mass Production Phase: As production volumes increase, we propose switching from sheet metal to press forming. This achieves dramatic unit cost reductions.📈 This integrated approach, covering the entire product lifecycle under one roof, significantly reduces the hassle of managing multiple suppliers and associated administrative costs. 2. Enabling Complex Shapes and One-Piece Forming "Spinning" Our spinning technology solves deep drawn shapes prone to cracking in press forming, as well as conical and cylindrical shapes where tooling investment recovery is difficult. Combining sheet metal/press forming with spinning enables monolithic molding that reduces weld points, simultaneously enhancing product strength and lowering costs. Leveraging experience cultivated since our founding, we excel at presenting concrete alternatives that consider downstream processes—such as fine-tuning bend positions or modifying shapes to eliminate welding. 【Laser & Punch Processing (Cutting/Punching)】 Laser Machine (Amada LCαⅤ): Processing range up to 2,540×1,270×300mm. Handles SUS/SPCC up to t9.0. Laser Machine (Amada FOMⅡ2412NT): Capable of cutting aluminum up to t8.0.

Micro Laser Machine (Amada LM505): Achieves ultra-precision processing, such as metal foil processing down to 0.01mm thickness and micro-hole drilling with a diameter of 0.1φ. 🔍 NC Turret Punch (Amada): Handles long sheet metal up to 2,500×1,250mm.

Wire Cut Machine (Amada ADO i): Enables rapid in-house die adjustments and jig fabrication. 【Press & Forming】 Hydraulic Press (80 tons, Komatsu): Handles SPCC up to t4.0 (400mm square) and SUS304 up to t3.0 (200mm square).

Hydraulic Press (45 tons, Shinohara): SPCC up to t4.0 (200mm square), SUS304 up to t3.0 (150mm square). Hydraulic Press (35 tons, 15 tons): Used for mass production of small parts and drawing operations. Bender (Amada): Capable of bending up to 1,980mm width.

【Welding & Finishing】 Pulse MIG Welder (WT-MIG225AL): High-quality joining of aluminum (plate thickness approx. 1-10mm) and mild steel (approx. 1-7mm). Spot Welder / TIG/MIG Welder: Capable of welding various materials including iron, stainless steel, and galvanized steel plates.

Deburring Machine (ST Link): Processing range 20–600 mm. Pursues thorough product safety and aesthetics. ✨
