Although we do not have a dedicated design department, with just a 2D drawing or a single front-view image, we can accurately visualize the final shape in our minds.

From there, we immediately determine the “cutting dimensions” required for production and complete the entire process—including optimal “material procurement”—under the leadership of our on-site team. Even when drawing information is insufficient or detailed drawings cannot be provided due to security concerns, we rely on our on-site experience and expertise to ensure the final product meets your exact specifications.

■ Track Record in Special Joints and Bellows Manufacturing

We have earned a high reputation within the industry for the manufacture of “bellows for heat exchangers,” which require exceptional flexibility and airtightness.

・We handle everything from medium-sized units (Φ600) to extra-large sizes requiring transport by trailer (up to approximately Φ3000).

・We flexibly accommodate one-of-a-kind, custom-made orders for chemical plants, water treatment facilities, and moving parts for stage equipment.

■ Equipment That Ensures Precision and the Artisan Spirit of "Distortion Correction"

We select the optimal welding method (TIG, seam welding, etc.) based on the material, such as stainless steel or iron. To meet strict precision requirements, our artisans carefully perform "distortion correction (straightening)" by hand, piece by piece, to address the thermal distortion that inevitably occurs after welding.
