Based in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Aikawa Seisakusho Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in everything from sheet metal fabrication to steel furniture production and stainless steel processing. Since our founding in 1972, we have combined the proven craftsmanship honed over nearly half a century with state-of-the-art equipment to continuously create a diverse range of products that meet the needs of the times.

1. From "blanking" to "packaging": In-house integrated production that balances speed and quality

Our greatest strength lies in our production system, which allows us to complete every process in-house. We handle everything in-house, from sheet metal cutting using Amada laser-punch press combination machines and precision bending with press brakes capable of handling lengths up to 3 meters, to various welding methods (spot, argon, etc.), plating and coating processes, and final packaging. With materials constantly stocked on our 15-tier material racks, we boast a high level of agility that allows us to respond swiftly to customers’ “urgent requests.”

2. Unparalleled Beauty of Finish in "Visible Products"

In recent years, we have received high praise for the manufacture of "visible products"—such as store fixtures and counters—where the beauty of the finish is directly scrutinized. We have absolute confidence not only in our metalworking skills but also in our painting and finishing techniques, which require a high level of expertise. Furthermore, we handle the procurement and installation of external components such as tabletops, glass panels, and acrylic products, delivering “ready-to-install finished products” that significantly reduce the burden on our customers.

3. From single units and prototypes to mass production and OEM: Flexible capabilities trusted by major corporations

We maintain ongoing business relationships with major corporations, including Okamura Corporation, and have a proven track record in quality control. We offer flexible manufacturing tailored to each customer’s phase, ranging from single-unit orders and prototype development to small-lot and mass production utilizing parts inventory at our in-house factory, as well as OEM orders. We welcome challenges in unfamiliar industries and products we have not previously worked with, continuously expanding the scope of our technical capabilities.

[Company History and Background]

Our company was founded on the philosophy of “technology as our capital.” We have continued to grow steadily while investing in equipment and passing down our technical expertise to meet the needs of the times.

March 1972: Founded by Naoyuki Aikawa, the current chairman, using his technical expertise as the foundation

January 1974: Converted to a corporate entity and established “Aikawa Seisakusho Co., Ltd.” (Capital: 1.5 million yen)

February 1982: Increased capital to 5 million yen

March 1986: Increased capital to 10 million yen, further strengthening our business foundation

March 2011: Naoyuki Aikawa assumed the position of Chairman, and Naohiko Aikawa became Representative Director, marking the start of a new management structure

March 2019: Relocated to a new headquarters in Ayase City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to expand business operations and strengthen production capabilities
